Style with ikku #10 - Autumn Palette
Welcome back to style with ikku, it is officially Autumn again. This week we have pulled together a Autumn palette outfit to inspire your wardrobe. Autumn is a colourful season when all the different colours of leaves fall from the tree, It's also the season when the days get colder and shorter. This look will be neutral/ beige focus to ensure you are instagram ready at all times to capture this beautiful season!
To start off the look we have picked Jacquemus’s dark beige merino wool Albi cardigan, which reflects their iconic look from their sun-soaked designs and it will go perfectly with any leggings of your choice. It has a single buttoned short layer at the shoulders and an innerlong u-neck sweater which is perfect for showing off your neckline with your favorite necklace. Then we have picked Jacquemus’s Les Bottes Olive knee-high boots which have square peep-toes, and heels in the form of a combination of stacked geometric shapes – something of a brand signature.
This Autumn, Gucci has reintroduced their iconic 90’s Horsebit shoulder bag in their Cruise 2020, the coveted Horsebit logo is presented in golden metal on the front flap and is paired with GG monogram canvas that the label is known for. To accessories, we have found this burgundy sailor cap which goes flawlessly with the Gucci shoulder bag. Sailor cap, others call it a baker boy, is this season’s must-have accessory! As we mentioned earlier this season is getting colder, we found this beige and brown scarf from Gucci which is made from mohair-blend GG jacquard that feels soft against skin, it has a classic shape with exaggerated tassels draping from the ends.
Last, to finish this look we must pair with some ikku’s jewellery. To mirror the wonder of Autumn, we have chosen our one of a kind golden south sea pearl - The Bud ring. For more minimum design we have picked out our Citrine Chain Ring and Yellow Diamond Star Ring from our Rainbow Collection.
